For most of my time at QUT, I maintained my own ‘precedent bank’ kind of like what law firms have (but only for document formatting and consistency). I used these to ensure my law assignments looked mint every time (even if, from time to time, the content was more akin to coriander). The templates were compliant with the “Written Assessment in the Law School” guideline at the time I published them (circa 2020). This template is one which I used for writing case notes as part of services I provided to some solo practitioner law firms in early university. I think it’s unlikely I ever used these for actual university work….
